Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, FOS Capital Limited (ASX: FOS) (FOS or Company)
advises that 33,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from escrow on 15 June 2023.
These shares were issued to shareholders prior to listing of the Company and were put on
voluntary escrow for 2 years upon the ASX listing of the Company on 7 June 2021.
These pre-IPO shareholders are committed long term shareholders of the company.
Shares that will be released from escrow will be quoted on ASX on 15 June 2023.

This Announcement has been authorised for release to ASX by the board of FOS Capital Ltd.
