FOS Capital

Architectural lighting from Milan, family-owned across two generations and more than fifty years. FOS has been its Australian and New Zealand partner since 2019.

Italy

Formalighting

Design lighting from Milan, developed with outside designers rather than in-house alone — Alberto Meda and Daniel Rybakken among them. Pendants, floor and wall lamps, track systems, and pieces that absorb sound as well as give light.

Luceplan

Architectural and technical lighting, designed and built in Pittem for more than thirty years, around simplicity and durability rather than decoration.

Belgium

Architectural fittings handmade in Belgium since 2001, built around technical precision, materials and finish. The company's own emphasis is on practicality over spectacle.

Trizo

Vandal-resistant lighting for collective housing, public buildings, transport and secure facilities. Made at La Ferté-Bernard since 1986, certified Origine France Garantie and ISO 9001.

France

Securlite

Street and public-space lighting from Nancy, manufacturing since 1927 and now part of the GHM group. Luminaires, brackets, poles and street furniture, with network monitoring built in.

Eclatec

Architectural and landscape luminaires from Seoul — in-ground, on-ground, bollard, pole and floodlight ranges, specified into public, education, cultural and commercial projects.

South Korea

Young Kong

Handmade lighting as sculpture, made to order since 1992. Hand-dyed silk, paper and felt over bent metal frames — pendants, chandeliers and floor pieces built one at a time rather than held in stock.

Israel

Aqua Creations

Large-format LED digital screens and display technology, for venues, retail and sport.

Australia

Pixontech

Commercial LED lighting from Wellington, founded in 2009 and part of FOS since October 2021. Its own range of panels, battens, tubes and trunking, developed with the electrical engineers and architects who specify it and sold across Wellington, Auckland and the South Island.

New Zealand

EcoPoint

Smart-city LED road lighting, part of FOS since June 2025, with thirty years of Australia's major roadway projects behind it. Its own range of luminaires for freeways, arterials, tunnels and residential streets, specified with the road authorities and engineers who install them.

FOS Capital is a group of lighting brands rather than a single product line. Some we started, most we acquired, and each keeps the name and the customer relationships it arrived with while drawing on the same engineering, manufacturing and supply capability behind it.

For a specifier that means one company can cover an architectural downlight, a high bay for a warehouse, an extruded profile for a retail fit-out and a lighting column for a freeway upgrade.

Alongside our own manufacturing, we are the Australian and New Zealand partner for a group of European and international lighting houses.
