Share Purchase Plan Closing
FOS Capital Limited (ASX: FOS) (“FOS” or the “Company”) would like to remind interested
eligible shareholders that, unless extended, the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 9
September 2026 will close at 5.00pm (Melbourne time) on Friday, 2 October 2026, monies are
due by this time.
The SPP provides eligible shareholders the opportunity to acquire new FOS shares at the same
price of $0.12 per share as the Company’s recent placement (refer to ASX announcement dated
9 September 2026.
The SPP booklet which contains the full details of the SPP was sent to all shareholders either by
email or by post. Shareholders can also access the SPP booklet online at:
https://www.asx.com.au/markets/trade-our-cash-market/announcements.fos
Funds raised under the Placement and SPP will be used to:
• Support working capital requirements associated with the Queensland Schools Lighting
Upgrade Program;
• Fund the ongoing build-out and growth initiatives within Aldridge Traffic Systems (“ATS”);
• Complete the Company's cost reduction and operational efficiency program; and
• Provide additional general working capital.
