ATS Appointed to MAV Panel for the Provision of
Street Lighting & Hardware
19 October 2026; FOS Capital Limited (ASX: FOS) is pleased to announce that its Aldridge Traffic
Systems (ATS) subsidiary has been appointed onto the Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV)
Panel for the Provision of Street Lighting & Hardware for an initial five-year term.
The MAV procurement framework is widely used by Victorian local governments when procuring
products and services. Appointment onto the Panel increases ATS’ visibility across Victorian
councils and positions the business to pursue future street lighting upgrade opportunities. The
MAV appointment covers the supply of street lighting products and associated hardware through
the MAV procurement framework and includes extension options of 2 years and a further 3 years.
While the appointment does not have a specified contract value, it provides ATS with access to
future procurement opportunities made available through the MAV Panel, enabling ATS to:
• Participate in LED streetlight upgrade tenders and requests for quotation issued by
Victorian councils through the MAV procurement framework;
• Submit new and updated approved luminaire products for inclusion on the MAV Panel;
• Expand ATS’s exposure to Victorian local government infrastructure projects; and
• Strengthen ATS’s position in the growing roadway and public lighting market.
Con Scrinis, FOS Capital MD, said: “The MAV appointment is an important strategic outcome
for ATS and further strengthens our position in the Victorian infrastructure market. While the
appointment does not include guaranteed volumes, it provides ATS with improved access to
future council procurement opportunities and complements the growth momentum we are
seeing through our expanding ATS tender pipeline and recent contract wins. We continue to
experience increasing activity within its ATS division, supported by recent contract wins, a
growing tender pipeline, and increased infrastructure spending opportunities across Australia.”
This announcement has been authorised for release to the ASX by the FOS Capital Limited
Board of Directors. Any forward-looking statements are subject to market risks
and uncertainties.
